Arch. Andrea Barasciutti ( Designer )

Andrea Barasciutti was born in Venice in 1964, he graduated in architecture at the IUAV of Venice, where from 1995 to 2000 he took active part in the didactic activity and worked as researcher for the academic courses of town planning design and technique.

Since 1993 he dedicated himself to doing research and worked on his own as independent professional both in Italy and abroad, particularly in the north of Italy, Spain and Arabian Emirates, which allowed him to develop a progressive and advanced knowledge in the architectural area. In his job he is much interested in the housing development design, both public and private, such as theatres, schools, stadiums, civic centres, as well as residential complex, accommodation facilities and office districts. Concerning town planning he recovers shabby industrial areas and expressive rural village.

He also deals with architectural restoration bringing to new light important villas and historical residence, mansions and theatres.

In the 2004 he established the “Barasciutti+Spaziaperti Architects”, a partnership of architectural design that deals with projects on urban and housing scale both in public and private sector.
